We do a lot of work for AirBnb and VRBO short term vacation rental properties. The process and pricing is essentially the same as shooting any Los Angeles residential listing. Usually the best time to shoot a vacation rental property is between bookings and right after the home has been cleaned and prepped for the next guest.  Expect 24 hour turnaround as well as exceptional images that are proven to generate more bookings.
