It's best to reach out as soon as you know when the home will be available for photos.  We can review the available dates and times together.  We realize you are coordinating with stagers, homeowners, contractors, painters, etc.  There is no charge for cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.

Your Los Angeles real estate photography and Matterport links will be delivered digitally the day after the shoot.  Floor plans take 24-48 hours to render.  Cinematic video turnaround is 24-48 hours.

Yes.  Basic editing is included.  We have a two stage editing process and the final result is consistent with what you see on this website.  Precise editing requests that take an unusual amount of time are quoted separately.

Yes!  We are happy to shoot your lockbox listing if the home is unoccupied, clean, and totally prepared for photos.  We'll turn on the lights, adjust the shades and leave everything as we found it after the shoot. We do not shoot  occupied listings unless the homeowner, tenant, or realtor is on-site.

You can expect a call or text if the weather is looking sketchy prior to the shoot. We cannot shoot exteriors in the rain.  You'll have an opportunity to reschedule or cancel with no penalty.

Overcast skies are not usually a problem unless it's raining.  We can turn a gloomy sky into a gorgeous blue sky in post production. However, if you have a luxury listing with ocean, mountain or sunset views, it's smart to wait for optimal weather if you can. The general rule for ocean views is that if you can see the horizon line, we can make it work.  Twilight shoots are not usually impacted by overcast skies.

Homes need to be clean, decluttered and totally ready for photos inside and out. 

There is no charge for travel if there is 30 minutes or less of travel time involved.  Once we know the address of your listing we can provide precise pricing and travel costs.
